ML Intern (LLM / RAG / Evaluation)

Build retrieval pipelines, run evaluations, and improve model quality with safe practices.
Responsibilities
- Implement and iterate on RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking).
- Design evaluation sets and automated metrics; run A/B comparisons and analyze failures.
- Improve prompting, tool-calling, safety filters, and hallucination reduction.
- Work with Bengali + English content quality and domain adaptation.
Requirements
- Python fundamentals and comfort with data structures.
- Basic ML/NLP knowledge (vector search, embeddings, evaluation).
- Ability to write clear experiment notes and share results.
AI Engineer Intern (Applied LLM)

Ship AI features end-to-end: orchestration, safety, latency/cost optimization, and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Build AI feature flows (tools, routing, context building, guardrails).
- Improve latency and cost with caching, batching, and model selection.
- Add tracing/monitoring, prompt versioning, and regression checks.
- Collaborate with product to turn requirements into reliable AI UX.
Requirements
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
- Comfort with APIs and debugging production issues.
- Interest in safety, privacy, and responsible AI.
DevOps / Platform Intern

Help scale the platform: deployment, observability, cost controls, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Improve CI/CD and deployment reliability (Vercel + serverless APIs).
- Set up monitoring for uptime, errors, latency, and usage.
- Implement rate limits, abuse prevention, and log hygiene.
- Optimize build performance and manage environment configuration safely.
Requirements
- Comfort with Git and basic networking concepts.
- Some experience with Node.js tooling and cloud deployments.
- Strong security mindset (secrets, least privilege).
Full‑Stack Intern (Frontend + Backend)

- Write small, focused tests/checks where useful.
Requirements
- TypeScript + React fundamentals.
- Basic API knowledge (HTTP, JSON, auth concepts).
- Attention to quality: readable code and reliable behavior.
R&D Tech Support Intern

Support experiments and internal tooling for research and product development.
Responsibilities
- Help prepare datasets, documents, and structured test cases.
- Reproduce bugs, write clear reports, and validate fixes.
- Support internal experiments (prompt runs, evaluation scripts, content checks).
- Assist with documentation and knowledge base maintenance.
Requirements
- Strong communication and ability to write structured reports.
- Comfort working with tools, spreadsheets, and basic scripting.
- Bengali + English proficiency preferred.
UI/UX Designer Intern

Design clean, accessible user experiences and help evolve the ShikkhaBondhu design system.
Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI screens for core features.
- Improve accessibility, readability, and consistency across the product (spacing, typography, components).
- Build and maintain a small design system (colors, components, states, responsive rules).
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs ship accurately and iteratively.
Requirements
- Portfolio showing UI/UX work (Figma preferred).
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic knowledge of responsive design and accessibility (WCAG concepts).
- Good communication and ability to accept feedback and iterate.
